Locum - Physician - Urology Silverdale WA

Summary: Looking for a full time bread and butter Urologist for clinic and 24 hr. call. Clinic Manager will provide clinic tour/orientation before start date. Applicants should be interested in a wide variety of general cases, clinic, rounding, and OR. Candidates should be collegial team players with good patient and customer service skills. Robot onsite at hospital for cases if needed. General dates will not be considered) Specific dates and black out dates required for presentation - REQUIRED Must list # of shifts provider is available to offer/month & if availability is shared between assignments - REQUIRED Vendors are now required to compile all presentation documents for a locum into a single PDF file. The PDF must be uploaded into TRIO in the "Candidate Documents" section under the locum's submission page. The PDF title should include the locum's name, site location, and specialty (ex. Dr. John Smith Good Samaritan Physician Nephrology) An up-to-date CV (solely) is still required to submit in "Name Clear Documents" initially when sending a new name clear. Vendors will have until bid due date to submit a PDF of ALL presentation documents. If PDF is not submitted, TRIO will not clear provider.
