CNC Setup Machinist/Operator – 2nd ShiftJoin a Growing Team and Shape the Future of Precision ManufacturingAre you a skilled CNC machinist who takes pride in craftsmanship, precision, and problem‑solving? If so, we want to meet you.We’re looking for a CNC Setup Machinist/Operator who enjoys hands‑on work, takes ownership of their craft, and values a clean, safe, and well‑organized work environment. In this role, you’ll fabricate high‑quality parts from raw material to finished product, contributing directly to the success of our team and customers.What You’ll Do Set up and run multi‑axis CNC machines to produce high‑precision components. Perform setup changes and first article inspections with accuracy and confidence. Read blueprints, interpret job orders, and apply strong GD&T knowledge. Inspect parts using height gauges, calipers, micrometers, CMMs, and more. Deburr, finish, and assemble parts using various hardware and tools. Monitor tool wear, adjust tooling, and maintain optimal production quality. Keep work areas and equipment clean, organized, and functioning efficiently. Make minor mechanical and electrical adjustments and repairs as needed. Document work performed and maintain a professional, collaborative working style. Support a culture of safety, quality, and integrity every day. What You Bring Strong ability to read blueprints and operate CNC machines. Experience with mechanical changeovers and CNC mill operations. Solid understanding of GD&T principles. High school diploma (or equivalent). 2+ years of CNC Haas mill experience (5+ years preferred for top candidates). Hands‑on experience with Haas 3‑, 4‑, and 5‑axis mills . Proficiency in setting up new jobs and performing changeovers. Bonus Skills Experience machining materials such as Inconel, Titanium, Copper, Brass, and various alloys.
