THIS IS FOR A SPECIFIC TRAVELER Functioning within the Health System's mission, values, objectives, procedures and policies, the CT technologist performs a variety of CT procedures, both invasive and non-invasive in nature, that may require independent judgment. Must show ingenuity and initiative to prescribed ionizing radiation procedures used for radiological diagnoses. May be required to assume additional responsibilities for designated duties. Skills: Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the demonstrated ability to exhibit patience and tact and maintain a professional and courteous demeanor in all situations with all constituents including patients, physicians and other associates. Must also demonstrate flexibility with work schedule changes, be cooperative and collaborative, and have the documented ability to work with speed and proficiency while under stress. Performs a variety of CT exams including neuro, abdomen, ortho, and assists the Radiologist with invasive procedures. Requirement description : 1 Year of Experience- Required ARRT- Required BLS- Required Certified by the Ohio Department of Health- Required JOB IS FOR A SPECIFIC TRAVELER CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS ARRT STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Ohio Weekend Requirements : Every fourth weekend On Call Requirements : None
