Adecco Staffing is partnering with a reputable manufacturing facility in Peterborough, NH to hire CNC Machine Setups for all shifts! This is a temp-to-hire or direct-hireopportunity, depending on your level of CNC setup experience. The position offers competitive pay rates and the opportunity to join a growing company. Pay Rate: $17-$29 per hour, depending on experience and shift Sign on bonus eligible, dependent on experience and skill level. Schedules Available: 1st Shift Monday through Friday 7:00am-3:30pm, OT available 2nd Shift Monday through Friday 3:15pm-11:45pm, OT available 3rd Shift Sunday through Thursday 11:30pm-7:00am (paid for 8), OT available Job Summary: As a CNC Set-Up, you will efficiently set up CNC machinery, including 4th and 5th axis', to produce standard components to specified dimensions and characteristics, according to quality standards. You will also provide assistance or training to Operators as needed, and assist peers to minimize machine downtime. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Operate 2+ required CNC machines to produce a diversified range of parts on short or long run work, and exacting finish specifications. Follow established procedures, verbal instructions, and information obtained from set-up cards and layout sheets (certified process or engineered cycles) to ensure parts are manufactured as ordered. Inprocess readings to ensure adherence to tolerance. Haas Mori Sieki Mazak Okuma Set up machinery or equipment to perform job tasks, including adding or removing parts, to create the correct tool to manufacture the parts in accordance with the Shop Order. Use micrometers, verniers, optical comparator, microscope, and a variety of fixed and adjustable gauges to set-up equipment and check work. Diagnose and correct operating difficulties, maintain required records, detect and report unusual conditions to assigned leader. Keep work area clean and orderly, observing all safety rules and regulations, and conforming to OSHA regulations. Move materials, parts, and containers, as required, to complete job duties.
