About the Role:As a T&T Procurement Manager, you'll be responsible foroversight of all procurement strategies and activities in the Americas regionfor a top three client. General responsibilities include sourcing, negotiating,contracting/onboarding and managing service providers for outsourced services,supporting cost effective solutions and value creation KPIs critical to ourcommercial success and desired client outcomes.This job is part of the Procurement function. They areresponsible for sourcing and purchasing goods, services, or raw materials fromvendors and suppliers.What You'll Do: Will be the single point of contact for all account requirements for all vendors and employees ensuring compliance is being met and reporting information to management. Draft, review, negotiate, and maintain contracts and other business documents in support of the purchase of goods and services. Review the process of contract terminations, expirations, extensions, and renewals. Inform peers and corporate management staff of changes or results. Manage supplier and contractor certification process. Conduct periodic visits to supplier work locations to review vendor performance. Perform quarterly business reviews of select vendors and contractors throughout the year. Mentor and educate on contemporary outsourcing practices and the value of applying them. Coordinate with on-account Cost Manager to analyze region-wide project management services spend, suppliers, procurement, operations, and statement of works to identify opportunities for value creation and improvement. [CG1] Assist with creating RTFs, selecting solutions, and negotiating. Prepare and maintain contracts with national and regional service providers. Ensure contracts adhere to company standards. Bring innovations and thought leadership in support of developing and managing a best-in-class procurement program. Support regular communications to client demonstrating these innovations and key value add. Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared interests to reach an agreement. Deal with sensitive issues. Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and departmental objectives. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues which may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes. May provide formal supervision to employees as we grow this function and demonstrate opportunities with our client. Monitor the training and development of staff. Conduct performance evaluations and coaching. Oversee the recruiting and hiring of new employees. What You'll Need: Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of experience and education will be considered. C.P.M., C.P.S.M. or N.A.C.M. certifications or eligibility preferred. Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention preferred. Ability to guide the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance expectations and handle problems. Leadership skills to motivate team impact on quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of the job discipline and department. In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc. Extensive organizational skills with a strong inquisitive mindset. Advanced math skills. Ability to calculate difficult figures such as percentages, fractions, and other financial-related calculations. The minimum salary for this position is $90,000 annually and the maximum salary for this position is $110,000 annually. The compensation that is offered to a successful candidate will depend on the candidate's skills, qualifications, and experience. Successful candidates will also be eligible for a discretionary bonus based on Turner & Townsend's applicable benefit program.
