They will monitor work and evaluate performance, and provide input to Project Coordinators. They ensure proper handling of reject/non-conforming/scrap materials and coordinate activities with logistics for proper material flow. All roles at Vayan Group play a crucial role in maintaining and enhancing quality in various industries to achieve total customer satisfaction. Reports To Sr. Project Coordinator Process Quality Planning, Assembly, Inspection Skills Customer specific requirements, print reading, calibration, problem solving, job processing, scrap analysis, layered process auditing, reporting. Safety Can be a fast paced, stressful environment, standing, lifting, chemical contact (non-hazardous), eye safety, hearing safety where excessive noise is present, electrical safety in certain jobs. Education High School Degree, technical training preferred Technical MS Office Proficiency, blueprint reading, technical writing Experience Manufacturing or quality experience preferred. Supervisory experience a plus.
