What You'll Need: Current New York State RN License BLS Certification (ability to recertify) Minimum of 1.5 years recent experience within the last 2 years in an acute care facility comparable in size and complexity to a hospital Experience with EPIC Electronic Medical Records preferred Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Willingness to work 8-hour day shifts Ability to perform comprehensive patient assessments with minimal supervision No history of license suspensions, investigations, or professional liability claims Verification of legal right to work in the U.S. Successful passing of pre-employment health screening, drug test, and criminal background check Nice to Have: Prior experience in trauma centers or hospitals of equal or greater size Additional certifications or specialized training relevant to ambulatory care Preferred Education and Experience: Associate's or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing At least 1.5 years of recent acute care RN experience Other Requirements: Travel consideration only for those with hospital experience in large or trauma centers Commitment to ongoing professional development and compliance with all healthcare regulations This role offers an attractive hourly pay rate of $65.97, a comprehensive W-2 benefits package including health insurance, weekly pay via direct deposit, paid sick leave, licensure and certification reimbursements, and a robust referral bonus program.
