Locum - Physician - Urology Anderson SC

AnMed Medical Center is looking to add to the Urology locum pool for future coverage needs! They are looking to onboard GREAT candidates! Dates of Coverage: 2 weeks in December (doesn't matter which 2) 12/1/24 (7pm) - 12/9/24 (7a) 12/9/24 (7a) - 12/16/24 (7a) 12/23/24 (7a) - 12/30/24 (7a) 1/13/25 (7am) - 1/20/25 (7a) In order to get someone credentialed to start in December, we will need to move quickly. They would need to go to the October MEC and November Board. Job Details: Reason for Coverage: Build the locum coverage pool Call Schedule: 24-hour call 100% Adult/ Geriatric ED & Inpatient Only Average Number of Hospital-Based Surgeries per Day:): 2-5 per weekend Other Urologists will not be Present During Locum's Assignment 4 Urologists in the group Lab and X-Ray Onsite Average Number of Patients Per Day: 15-20 Documentation System/EMR: Epic Trauma Level/Designation: II Required Areas and Procedures: Ureteroscopy, Laparoscopic Surgeries, General Urology, Trauma, Nephrectomy, Partial Nephrectomies/Intraoperative Ultrasound, Incontinence Procedures Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 60 days The facility will Reimburse for the Following Costs: Flight, Hotel, Rental Car, and Mileage Billed at the IRS Standard #### Requirement description : Board Certified - REQUIRED Active SC license - REQUIRED, no exceptions 100% CLEAN BACKGROUND - REQUIRED, no exceptions No new grads, must have great experience, ratings, and training BLS/ACLS - preferred Must submit 1 professional reference at time of presentation ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Weekend Requirements : Yes On Call Requirements : Yes
