Salary Range Hourly: ####/hour (for a new grad); ####/hour Maximum (based on experience) Possible Sign-On Bonus and/or Relocation Assistance discussed during interview.25% Perm Placement Fee The Licensed Practical Nurse Occupational/Employee Health Nurse is responsible to a nurse executive/Director of Occupational Health. He/She collaborates with employees, employers, members of the occupational health and safety team and other professionals to: identify health and safety needs; prioritize interventions; develop and implement interventions and programs; and evaluate care and service delivery. The LPN could work in Family Care, Ortho, or Internal Medicine.
