Perm - Nurse Practitioner - Palliative Care Findlay OH

Blanchard Valley Health System in NW Ohio is looking for an experienced NPs with a passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population. Three years or more of work experience as NP in an acute care setting or with Palliative Care and Hospice is required, will not consider anyone with less (educational internships and RN experience does NOT count toward 3 years) Must have passion for palliative care, hospice and the geriatric population Must live in close proximity to Lima, OH (relocation may be required) Practice autonomously and provide symptom management of really sick patients Symptom management, chronic disease management, goals of care, advanced care planning 100% inpatient, round on inpatient hospice patients M-F 6 patients/day, 5 day workweek, 8:00 am-5:00 pm, rotating on-call Hospitalists admit, Open ICU Not accepting Locums candidates Not accepting new graduate candidates - experience required Compensation and Benefits: Base salary plus w/RVU -- competitive salary range based on experience and training (to be discussed at interview).
