Day in the Life of an Occupational Therapist: Maintains timely and accurate patient records and reports. Supervise Assistant / Aide staff as guided by governing board. Designs and fabricates splints as specified by doctors' prescriptions. Designs and administers treatment programs to increase patients' (residents) levels of functioning. Uses therapeutic exercises and activities to improve or maintain strength, range of motion, and fine-motor coordination. Requirement description : 2 years of OT experience - Preferred LTC or Rehab Experience - Required MO State License - Required Must be submitted at the posted rate, if requested rate is higher candidate will be redirected CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : CPR STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Missouri Weekend Requirements : Weekends As Needed On Call Requirements : No Call
