Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA)Location: Dolton, IL (District-Wide)Compensation: $80/hrHours: Full-time - 40 billable hours/week guaranteedSchedule: 7:30 AM - 3:05 PM (includes a 30-minute paid break)Start Date: June 1, 2026About the OpportunityWe are seeking an experienced Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to join a district-wide BCBA + RBT Consultative Team supporting all four schools in Dolton, IL. This is a forward-thinking, collaborative model designed to embed behavioral expertise across the district.While the BCBA will have a designated home-base campus, the role is primarily district-wide, offering the chance to influence programming, staff development, and behavior systems across multiple high schools.Key Responsibilities Provide consultative behavioral support across district high schools & transition programs. Continue direct student support as needed. Coach, mentor, and train educators, paraprofessionals, and support staff. Strengthen behavioral programming and implement evidence-based best practices. Drive improvements in instructional and behavioral systems. Support ongoing program development in collaboration with district leadership and school teams.
