Schedule 5x8-Hour Shifts, Rotating Days (08:00 - 16:30 / 09:00 - 18:30); will be required to work (2) late shifts per week. Job Description We are seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist for a rotating day shift position. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality therapy services, ensuring patient-centered care, and participating in interdisciplinary teamwork across our sports medicine locations. ResponsibilitiesDeliver physical therapy to patients with a variety of conditions, including post-operative rehabilitation and chronic pain management. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient assessments. Participate in patient education and family counseling. Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure1 year of relevant experience required; first-time travelers accepted. Current state license and BLS certification required.
