Employee-centric Orlando Health has been selected as one of the "Best Places to Work in Healthcare" by Modern Healthcare Position Overview The IT Analyst Associate, Technology Business Management (TBM), will report to the TBM Manager. Perform contract reviews following the Contract Intake Process, collect and analyze vendor performance data, assist with vendor onboarding ensuring alignment to business objectives. Monitor vendor compliance with organization policies and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with internal teams to address vendor-related needs. Helps to ensure the mechanics of processes are monitored, identifies opportunities for improvements, and works with the Manager TBM to implement. Monitor and update IT/CE financial dashboards for reporting capital and operational spend. Responsibilities Essential Functions • Assists with implementation and maintenance of the Technology Business Management (TBM) framework to ensure alignment between IT/CE investments and enterprise goals. • With minimal supervision, assists with IT/CE financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, invoice processing, and cost allocation, ensuring transparency and accountability for IT/CE spending. • Assists with contract reviews, contract routing, invoice processing, and assist with budget planning. • Performs data entry for reports and dashboards that provide actionable insight into IT/CE spend, resource utilization, and value delivery. • Assists TBM Analyst to collaborate with IT/CE department personnel to collect data that will define, measure, and report on Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and service-level objectives (SLOs). • Participates in IT/CE -wide adoption of TBM practices by providing training and support to technology and business stakeholders. • Assists in resolving disputes and ensure timely delivery of services. • Assists with maintaining vendor performance tracking system. • Assists with contracts, purchase orders, procurement, and software inventory. • Assists TBM Manager with vendor relationships, contract negotiations, and service-level agreements (SLAs), ensuring optimal performance and value delivery from third-party providers. • Works alongside procurement/supply chain to assist with developing statements of work (SOW), Request for Information (RFI), Request for quotes (RFQ) and request for proposal (RFP). • Works with GRC team to ensure vendor compliance. • Assists with SLA monitoring and invoice validation and administration • Maintains knowledge of and compliance with Orlando Health policies, procedures and company-sponsored annual programs such as compliance training, performance review and merit planning. • Maintains reasonably regular, punctual attendance consistent with Orlando Health policies, the ADA, FMLA and other federal, state and local standards. • Maintains compliance with all Orlando Health policies and procedures. Other Related Functions • Familiar with TBM frameworks, industry standards, and emerging trends to drive continuous improvement. • Ensure compliance with HIPAA, privacy, and confidentiality standards in all IT/CE-related operations. Qualifications Education/Training • Associate's degree in information systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field or 2 years of experience in related field. Licensure/Certification • None Experience • Minimum of 2 years of experience in financial services, vendor relationship management, or technology business management. Skills and Competencies • Critical thinking and decision-making skills. • Proficiency with office productivity software, MS O365, including Excel and PowerPoint. • Familiarity with procurement systems and regulatory compliance.
