Seeking Receiving Inspectors to Join Our Team in St. Paul, MNWorking in Non-Cleanroom, Sit-Down Bench Work$22-25/HR Depending on Experience__________________________________________If interested, contact:Alyssa DeLuca(651) 605-6908 (can text/call)__________________________________________Job DescriptionThe Quality Inspector is entrusted with the responsibility of conducting receiving inspections on manufactured goods supplied by vendors. This role involves visual inspections, the use of microscopes, and measuring tools such as micrometers and calipers, along with Microvues and CMMs. Inspectors will work with travelers and conformance reports to ensure the integrity of materials received. If specifications are met, products are released into storage for future use in production. A special focus is placed on inspecting PCBAs to ensure compliance with solder joint requirements and verifying the integrity of wires and boards.Responsibilities Conduct receiving inspections of manufactured goods using visual inspections and measuring tools. Inspect PCBAs to ensure solder joints meet requirements and boards are free of damage. Document inspection findings in Smartsheet and Excel. Release units that meet specifications into storage for production use. Support or lead continuous improvement initiatives related to system compliance. Essential Skills 2-3 years of medical/mechanical inspection experience. Experience with inspecting non-conformances and disposition of components. Proficiency in using hand tools, gauges, fixtures, calipers, and micrometers. Ability to work under a microscope for part inspection.
