Neonatologists on call 24/7o Night Shift - Core staffing of 2 NICU RNs and 1 NNP on site 24/7. Neonatologist on call 24/7• Patient Ratios - 3:1 for feeder growers. Vented babies 1:1.• Type of equipment - Giraffe Omnibeds, STAR GE resuscitation for transport, Giraffe with Shuttle transport,• EMR - CPN and MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.• Level 2 NICU experience• Admissions and initial stabilization experience in the delivery roomPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Level 3 and or level 4 experience• Experience with Eat Sleep Console for babies with Neonatal Abstinence SyndromeList typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Assisting NNP with umbilical line placement, intubation assist, LP assist, circumcision.• No surgical proceduresBest personality Fit:• We are a work family.
