Neonatologists on call 24/7o Night Shift - Core staffing of 2 NICU RNs and 1 NNP on site 24/7. Neonatologist on call 24/7• Patient Ratios - 3:1 for feeder growers. Vented babies 1:1.• Type of equipment - Giraffe Omnibeds, STAR GE resuscitation for transport, Giraffe with Shuttle transport,• EMR - CPN and MeditechTypical hiring profileSkill Set Most recruited for: (Travel RNs, local CNAs and sitters) Must have: candidates without these skills will not be considered for the role.• Level 2 NICU experience• Admissions and initial stabilization experience in the delivery roomPreferred or nice to have: candidates with these skills will be considered first. • Level 3 and or level 4 experience• Experience with Eat Sleep Console for babies with Neonatal Abstinence SyndromeList typical procedures performed on unit(s): • Assisting NNP with umbilical line placement, intubation assist, LP assist, circumcision.• No surgical proceduresBest personality Fit:• We are a work family. Come prepared to be welcomed with open arms.Dress Code: Include requirements, but most of all not acceptable attire.• Scrub Color - We provide scrubs. Galaxy Blue with "Rocky Mountain Hospital for Children" embroidery. May also wear our surgical scrubs.• Unacceptable scrubs are anything other than facility provided scrubs. Visible tattoos are ok as long as they are not offensive.
