They will manage lab inventory and supplies, ensure lab sanitation and organization, and collaborate with other departments as needed for ongoing projects. ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: 1. Perform regular quality checks on ingredients, finished products, and packaging to ensure adherence to both company and industry standards. 2. Collect and prepare samples of incoming ingredients, finished goods, and production batches for testing and analysis. 3. Organize and manage daily sample sets for timely and accurate analysis. 4. Collaborate with production teams to implement corrective actions and resolve quality issues when necessary. 5. Oversee lab inventory, ensuring adequate stock of samples and supplies required to support daily operations. 6. Participate and perform in both internal and external audits to confirm compliance with all relevant regulatory and food safety standards. 7. Maintain meticulous lab records and data documentation, ensuring accuracy and traceability. 8. Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment by adhering to established safety protocols. 9.
