Main Mission Ensure that all painting equipment (paint line and auxiliaries) is kept in functional and safe condition by performing predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance. Main Responsibilities Work in accordance with all HSE requirements. Plan and perform preventive maintenance for machinery, systems, and utility services. Efficiently repair the paint line and auxiliaries during downtime. Supervise external companies providing contract maintenance and repair services. Reduce unscheduled machinery and equipment downtime. Participate in continuous improvement processes and activities. Maintain and update all maintenance documentation. Manage and maintain stock levels of required spare parts for painting operations. Support Level 1 maintenance training. Maintain a clean and organized work area (5S). Provide coverage for fellow team members during breaks when needed. Requirements At least 5 years of experience maintaining large production equipment. Computer proficiency. Strong problemsolving skills. Customerfocused approach. Technical certification with a specialty in one or more of the following: mechanical, electrical, hydraulics, pneumatics. Experience with robotics and application processes.
