Physical Therapist (PT) - OutpatientSpecialty: Outpatient Physical Therapy Shift: Days Duration: 13 Weeks Hours: 40 per week Orientation: 16 Hours (Non-Billable) Scrub Color: Teal Schedule Monday - Thursday: 7:30 AM - 5:30 PM (1-hour lunch: 12:00 PM - 1:00 PM) 9 hours/day = 36 hours Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM (No lunch) 4 hours Total: 40 hours per week Position Overview Seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist (PT) to evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions. Outpatient experience is required. Rehabilitation hospital experience is preferred. The therapist must be comfortable managing a steady caseload in a structured outpatient environment. Required Experience Minimum 1 year PT experience Outpatient PT experience required Strong lifting and patient transfer skills Rehabilitation hospital experience preferred Daily Workload 10-12 patients per day Key Responsibilities Perform patient evaluations and establish individualized treatment plans Deliver therapeutic interventions to improve strength, mobility, and function Provide patient education and home exercise programs Perform safe patient handling, lifting, and transfers Document progress and treatment plans according to facility standards Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare team For more details reach at Call / Text at 732 791 4807 - EXT 4807.
