Additional patient populations include flex acuity of Med/Surg, Progressive, and ICU of cardiovascular and oncology patients. To be discussed Locals accepted: No. Pending License accepted: No. IN-STATE LICENSE / REQUIRED CERTS MUST BE IN HAND TO SUB RTO Restrictions: Must work 2/3 major holidays. Guaranteed Hours:8 and 10 hr. shifts - 40 hrs. in one workweek. 3, 12 hr. shifts - 36 hrs. in one workweek. 4, 12 hr. shifts - 48 hrs. in one workweek. Special Requirements: interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, post cardiac surgery (directly or indirectly from OR), CABG, transcatheter Aortic Valve Implantation/replacement (TAVI/TAVR); Arterial line management, blood production administration, central line care/management, PICC line management; titrate cardiac drips, titrate vasoactive drips. Preferred - Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Pre/Post Cardiac Cath/intervention, Sheath Removal, Ventricular Assist devices (LVAD/RVAD/Impella); Care of ventilated patients, ventilator management. Previous charge experience is preferred. Unit Information: Patient Diagnoses- CV Surgery, Thoracic Surgery, Cardiology, Endocrine, Oncology Special Procedures/Unit Details: CVICU - largest patient population is CV surgery and Thoracic surgery, including CABG, TAVR, SAVR, MVR, and VATS.
