Qualifications : Demonstrated success in managing large scale commercial construction projects, with a focus on Healthcare, Education and Municipal ventures 10+ years experience in commercial construction as acting Project Executive or Director Excellent communication and leadership skills, able to motivate teams and collaborate with clients Responsible for proactively managing quality control standards and ensuring safety of project and adherence to safety protocols Monitor cost control and job costing, quantity reporting, forecasting and productivity Ground up / complex project experience a plus for full life cycle Computer skills and a familiarity with Microsoft office suite programs Knowledge of accounting and cost control procedures Education, multifamily, healthcare, high end office spaces, wood frame experience is all preferred!
