COVID Vaccination & Booster required there IS the potential of being converted to contract Clinician will be working in the Clinic and IP with care and education/consult to patientsThe outpatient Wound Care Services is a multidisciplinary team that assesses, manages, and treats wounds of many types of origins. Physician coverage is provided by the Department of Surgery. We use advanced wound care products and state of the art diagnostics to help heal both chronic and difficult to heal wounds. Treatment is provided for pediatric patients through adult and elderly patients. Requirement description : Primary function is Ostomy care 2+ years of Ostomy with Wound care experience or vice versa travel experience required MUST have Basic Dysrhythmia certificate -- required ability to function & provide care independently Clinic experience required -- Hospital/Medical Center experience encouraged since RN will float between Clinic & IP fistula experience required Profile Requirements: Work History going back at least 3 years, if applicable to Assignment Skills Checklist At least '1' supervisor reference included.... 2nd to be obtained during onboarding Licenses & Certifications COVID Vaccination card w/ booster CERTIFICATION REQUIREMENTS : BLS (AHA) MOAB STATE LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : California ADDITIONAL LICENSE REQUIREMENTS : Ostomy certificate REQUIRED, WOCN encouraged Weekend Requirements : n/a On Call Requirements : n/a
