PO Cluster Refurbishment US (BASED NEAR CUMMING, GEORGIA) BNA - Bobst North America The Product Owner (PO) Cluster Refurbishment is responsible for the inspection, maintenance, and refurbishment of clusters. This role involves diagnosing issues, performing repairs, and ensuring that all equipment is restored to optimal working condition. Ideal candidate to reside within commutable distance to the Bobst Atlanta Competence Center in Cumming, Georgia. Mission & Key responsibilities: Inspection and Diagnosis: Conduct detailed inspections of equipment clusters to identify issues and determine necessary repairs. Maintenance and Repair: Perform routine maintenance and repairs on equipment, ensuring all work meets safety and quality standards. Refurbishment: Oversee the refurbishment process, including disassembly, cleaning, replacement of parts, reassembly, and testing. Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspections, repairs, and refurbishments. Compliance: Ensure all work complies with industry standards and regulations. Collaboration: Work closely with other engineers, technicians, and stakeholders to coordinate refurbishment activities and minimize downtime. Skills and Experience: Education: Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Experience: Proven experience in equipment maintenance and refurbishment, preferably in a similar industry. Skills: Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills, proficiency with relevant tools and equipment, excellent attention to detail, and good communication skills. Work Environment: Location: Typically based in a workshop or on-site at facilities where equipment clusters are located. Conditions: May involve working in various conditions, including confined spaces and at heights, depending on the equipment being refurbished. Additional Requirements: Certifications: Relevant certifications in equipment maintenance and safety procedures. Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in physically demanding environments. Compensation & Benefits: In good faith and in alignment with current market data, the base salary for this position is estimated to range between $55,000 and $70,000 annually, depending on skills, experience, and qualifications.
