Locum - Physician - Endocrinology Silverdale WA

Summary: Endocrinologist needed in Silverdale. Mon-Fri. & 11 days of after hours & weekend clinic call per month needed. They do not take call from hospital/ER. Call is split between 3 M.D.'s (no hospital call, medication questions & hosp. docs calling for consults). Start Date: Feb 2025- credentialing has confirmed they can make this work BID DUE DATE: 12/12 5p est If full time coverage is needed, will you accept multiple part time candidates to fill schedule? Yes ORIENTATION: We prefer providers to come in a day earlier to get oriented to clinic, log into systems, tour the building, meet staff & providers RATE CAPS FOR SUBMISSION: Malpractice - Must be included in rates. Orientation - #### - "Per hour of orientation or training beyond 8 hours" Holiday - Must be 1.5x the regular rate. "Per holiday hour, no OT" Nightly Call - #### and below - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis" Holiday Nightly Call - ####25 and below - "Per night call to hold the pager, to include 2.5 hours gratis" On Call (Daily) - ####400 and below - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" 24 Hour Holiday Call #### - ####600 and below - "Per 24 hours to include 4 hours gratis" Call Back - ####25 and below - "Per hour of patient contact hours, after gratis hours are completed, gratis prorate to MSA terms." Schedule/Availability Requirements: Hourly- Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday - 7:30-4 .Thursday - 7:30-11:30 Clinic Call (after hours) - 11 days per month (No hospital/ER call. Hosp. docs may call for consults. Medication questions) Shift begins when last pt. is finished (4-4:30 and ends following morning 7a). Weekends 7a-7a. No Patient Volume: 10-15 patients per day Telehealth accepted in addition to onside coverage? Yes. Weekend call can be remote. Everything they get called for can be handled over the phone/remote. They never need to come in Seeing new consults? Or follow ups only? New consults and Follow ups EMR: Epic Support Staff: MA/LPN Reason for Coverage: Departure of previous provider Dealbreakers: Providers interested in call or clinic only, comfortable in fast paced environments, or agreeable to the job description. If the provider is not agreeable to the job description, do not present. Credentialing Information: Timeframe: default 120 days, clean background can most likely start in early Feb.
