Are you an experienced HHA or CNA who enjoys organization, problem-solving, and supporting both caregivers and clients? Are you looking for an in/out office position with occasional hands-on support when needed? If so, we want to hear from you. BrightStar Care of Indianapolis NW, is seeking a Licensed HHA/CNA Scheduler to support our daily operations. This role is based in the office and plays a key role in caregiver scheduling, coordination, and training support. When needed—such as caregiver call-offs or training support—this position will assist in the field to ensure continuity of care. Position Overview: The Licensed HHA/CNA Scheduler is responsible for coordinating daily schedules, supporting caregivers, assisting with training and competency needs, and ensuring client coverage. This role requires strong communication skills; scheduling experience is a must, and an active HHA or CNA license. Key Responsibilities: Manage and maintain daily caregiver schedules Coordinate coverage for call-offs, absences, and new assignments Communicate with caregivers regarding schedules, changes, and expectations Step into the field as needed for coverage or training support Work closely with the office staff Maintain accurate documentation and scheduling records Support compliance with company policies and state regulations Qualifications: Active HHA or CNA license (required) Prior scheduling experience in home care or healthcare is a MUST Strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to multitask in a fast-paced office environment Comfortable assisting in the field when necessary Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Basic computer and scheduling software experience What We Offer: Competitive pay Weekly pay with direct deposit Supportive team environment Employee Assistance Program Benefits available based on eligibility Must haves: BLS/CRP cert.2 step TB Test or QuantiFREON · Valid driver’s license; valid state required proof of auto insurance · Transportation to meet the needs of position and scope of job responsibilities.
