Job Overview Kept Companies is hiring Field Service Technicians to support our growing operations. This is a hands-on, outdoor role for dependable individuals who can work independently, take ownership of their work, and maintain a strong work ethic. Paid training provided. Responsibilities: • Pressure wash buildings, sidewalks, vehicles, and equipment • Clean commercial kitchen exhaust hood systems • Assist with parking lot line striping and pavement marking • Operate and maintain pressure washing and field service equipment • Troubleshoot basic equipment issues • Load/unload tools and materials at job sites • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines • Work outdoors in varying weather conditions Qualifications: • High school diploma or GED preferred • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record • Must be 21 years or older • Previous field service or pressure washing experience a plus • Ability to lift 50-70 lbs and perform physical labor • Self-motivated, reliable, and able to work independently • Must pass background and motor vehicle checks Benefits (After 90 Days) • Medical, dental, and vision insurance • Life insurance • Steady, year-round work • Opportunities for advancement Ideal Candidate: This role is best for individuals who are dependable, motivated, and able to stay productive without constant supervision.
