12 James SICU/ONCOLOGY - DN Rotating -2 YRS EXP REQUIRED 2 Years of ICU Experience Required. EPIC experience required! Oncology experience preferred, but not required. Certifications Required • ACLS • BLS • NIHSS Patient Age group • Adults First time travelers: NO Patient Diagnoses • Hemorrhagic shock • Hypovolemic shock • Sepsis • Septic shock • Pneumonia • ARDS • Craniotomy • Ischemic stroke • Hemorrhagic stroke • Intracranial hypertension • Delirium Special Procedures/Unit Details: • External Ventricular Drain management • ICP monitoring • Massive Transfusion Protocol • Mechanical Ventilation • Heated High Flow • Bipap • CPAP • Tracheostomy management • CRRT • Vasopressors titration
