We are looking for a dedicated Medicare Compliance Analyst to join their team. This position requires critical thinking, a deep respect for federal regulations, and an obsession with quality. This role focuses on Medicare Section 111 Reporting. You will act as the primary liaison between our clients and the BCRC (Benefits Coordination and Recovery Center), ensuring data is submitted accurately and on time. Are You the Right Fit? Top Required Skills: Analytical Ability: You enjoy troubleshooting and following a problem from start to completion. Communication: excellent written and oral skills are essential for interfacing with clients and government entities. Data Management: Comfortable navigating database systems and electronic data interfaces (EDI). Experience: 3-5 years of high-level Client Service. Background in Mass Tort, Lien Resolution, or Medicare Reporting is highly preferred. Education: Bachelor's Degree or equivalent professional experience. salary: $20.99 - $21 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM education: Bachelors Responsibilities Client Implementation: Onboard new clients, provide portal training, and manage registrations with Medicare. Data Orchestration: Oversee large volumes of client data, ensuring submissions are error-free and compliant with federal mandates. Troubleshooting & Problem Solving: You won't just report errors; you'll resolve them. You will investigate technical exceptions and monitor changing Medicare laws to ensure our processes stay ahead of the curve. Regulatory Research: Learn and apply the Mandatory Insurer Reporting Requirements of the Medicare/Medicaid Act and HIPAA Skills Analytical Ability Communication Customer Service Qualifications Years of experience: 3 years Experience level: Experienced Randstad is a world leader in matching great people with great companies.
