Job Title: Repair and Refurbishment TechnicianJob DescriptionJoin our team as a Repair and Refurbishment Technician where you will play a key role in repairing and refurbishing modules used in school and business office environments. This role requires a sense of urgency, independence, and safety awareness. Hours are from 6am to 2:30pm, with a summer schedule of 5am to 1:30pm. Flexibility with hours is required.Responsibilities Work with hand and power tools to repair and refurbish modules. Maintain cleanliness in the shop and trailers, including buffing floors and wiping down walls and counters. Assist and train in inspecting basic electrical wiring systems. Scrape and seal roofs as needed. Clean all windows, walls, ceilings, fixtures, and doors. Perform carpentry repairs on floors, walls, roofing, siding, windows, and fixtures. Maintain a clean working area both inside and outside, including lawn, parking lot, and building. Perform regular inventory checks and place orders. Attend regular safety meetings with a safety-first mentality. Essential Skills Ability to work with a variety of hand and power tools. Strong carpentry knowledge. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. Basic computer knowledge. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in plumbing, electrical, and welding is a plus. Must have own basic hand tools such as a hammer, screwdrivers, wrench set, and tape measure.
