Job Description: Where You'll Practice St. Rose Siena Campus: 26-bed, Level III NICU Average daily census of 22 St. Rose San Martin Campus: 6-bed Level II NICU Average daily census of 3 More intimate care setting As a Neonatologist at Dignity Health - St. Rose Dominican Hospitals, you will: Provide high-quality clinical care to newborns in a 26-bed Level III NICU at the Siena Campus and a 6-bed Level II NICU at the San Martin Campus. Utilize advanced neonatal technologies including body cooling, jet ventilation, oscillators, and inhaled nitric oxide (iNO). Collaborate closely with pediatric subspecialists such as pediatric surgery, maternal-fetal medicine, and OB hospitalists to ensure comprehensive patient care. Lead and participate in teaching initiatives and quality improvement projects. Work alongside a highly skilled nursing team and ancillary staff in a supportive, collegial environment.
