Job Title: Supply Chain AnalystJob DescriptionWe are seeking a Supply Chain Analyst who will play a pivotal role in expanding our supply base and evaluating whether it is more beneficial to make or buy parts. This role demands a thorough understanding of cost evaluation within our ERP system to ensure accurate quotes for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and updating Bills of Materials (BOMs), routings, and costing data in SAP, building accurate routing and labor standards, supporting sales with cost and lead time requests, processing Engineering Change Orders, and reviewing drawings to improve production flow.Responsibilities Create, maintain, and revise manufacturing master data in SAP, including manufacturing BOMs, routings, work centers, and costing views. Develop and maintain accurate routing times, setup times, labor standards, and routing instructions. Provide the sales team with accurate and timely responses to cost and lead time requests. Define and validate in-house production times to support capacity planning and scheduling. Define, validate, and work to minimize setup and changeover times in various work centers. Establish and maintain economical, minimum, maximum, and costing lot sizes. Support make/buy decision analysis and define master data to execute appropriate make/buy decisions for production. Process Engineering Change Orders (ECOs) related to master data and routings. Review engineering drawings to ensure manufacturability and correct material definition. Develop and maintain accurate product costing and rolling cost updates. Process Supply Chain Requests (SCRs) related to master data and costing. Partner with manufacturing teams to improve production flow efficiency. Support and uphold quality, safety, and EHS policies. Uphold core values. Perform any other duties as assigned. Essential Skills Experience as a planner. Worked in SAP. Proficiency in data analytics. Experience in manufacturing. Background as a cost analyst. Master data management in SAP. Engineering knowledge and experience working with engineering teams. Understanding of make vs buy decisions and supply chain capabilities. Additional Skills & Qualifications Degree in Supply Chain or similar experience. Three to five years of manufacturing experience. Ability to read engineering drawings. Working knowledge of SAP ERP systems including BOMs, routings, and costing. Experience using Jira or similar workflow tools. Work EnvironmentThis position offers a flexible schedule with hours from 7 AM to 4 PM. The role involves working extensively in SAP, Jira, and Excel, interfacing with engineering drawings and manufacturing processes.
