ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES - Timely communication to physicians, families, etc. of significant changes in resident condition. - Complete all applicable resident assessments and accurately document resident records. - Administer medications while following the 5 Rights and perform wound care and assessments as needed. - Monitor residents for changes in condition and assist CNAs with answering call lights. - Act as a leader on the floor by assessing and directing situations as needed. - Report any allegations of abuse, neglect, or misappropriation to the Director of Nursing and Administrator.
