Training and Development Specialist

Job Description EverStaff is seeking an experienced Training and Development Specialist to support a highly respected firm. This individual will play a key role in designing, developing, and delivering firmwide training initiatives that align with strategic goals and support both attorneys and staff across multiple locations. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and implement firmwide training and professional development programs Assess organizational training needs through surveys, interviews, and consultation with leadership Create and implement a comprehensive training program for Legal Administrative Assistants Plan, organize, and facilitate engaging training sessions using adult-learning principles Develop training materials including manuals, guides, presentations, and e-learning modules Evaluate external training resources and recommend effective solutions Enhance and manage the firm's New Hire Orientation program Oversee the firm's Learning Management System (LMS) and training databases Coordinate training logistics including scheduling, enrollment tracking, cost monitoring, and reporting Measure training effectiveness and recommend continuous improvement strategies Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field required 3-5 years of experience in training and development, preferably within a law firm or professional services environment Demonstrated experience designing and delivering structured training programs Strong presentation and facilitation skills Excellent verbal and written communication abilities Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) Experience working with Learning Management Systems and training technologies Ability to communicate complex information clearly to diverse audiences Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously If you feel you have the above qualifications, please apply!
