Job Description: Reason for Opening: Resignation of Hematology Oncologist at Practice 50% Hematology 50% Oncology Number of Physicians in Practice: 1 remaining physician Hem/Onc only practice Adults only No Radiation Oncology on-site, but connection to Radiology Oncology team at Loyola University Medical Campus, which is 5 miles from practice. No APP's in practice Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 3 months Open to H1B candidates, but cannot sponsor J1 candidates Practice Setting: Outpatient Free-Standing Community Cancer Center Average Number of Patients Per Day (Outpatient Clinic): 75 Average Number of Patients Per Day (Hospital Call/Rounding): 2 Trauma Level/Designation (Hospital): Level 2 Compensation and Benefits: Compensation follows MGMA guidelines and will be commensurate with experience and qualifications - Provider may submit salary expectations with presentation.
