Randstad is currently recruiting for a Logistics Coordinator for Georgetown, KY. The position will be contract. Hours are 8am-4pm, Monday-Friday. Pay is $17/hour. The Logistics Coordinator serves as a vital hub for the logistics operations, ensuring seamless communication between customers and drivers. This role requires a high-energy professional who can maintain operational flow, manage real-time data, and provide exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. Qualifications: - Ideal candidate will have experience answering a high volume of calls (call center) within a supply chain or logistics company - Must have excellent data entry - Must be able to handle multiple tasks at one time - Excellent attendance record - Must be a problem solver salary: $16 - $17 per hour shift: First work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM education: High School Responsibilities Core Responsibilities Logistics Tracking & Customer Support Act as the primary point of contact for customers, providing real-time visibility into freight status and driver locations. Proactively monitor transit milestones to identify and resolve potential delays before they impact delivery. Operational Data Management Maintain high levels of data integrity through the meticulous entry of shipment details, driver logs, and operational records. Ensure all digital documentation is accurate and organized for immediate retrieval. Communication & Inbound Relations Manage a high volume of inbound inquiries, directing information to the appropriate stakeholders with speed and professionalism.
