Field/Senior Technician

Job Title: Field/Senior Technician Location: Revere, MA Pay Rate: $25-30.00/HR Position Summary: Anistar Technologies is seeking an Field/Senior Technician to perform maintenance/installation of equipment into emergency vehicles. SOW: Level 3 Technician. Installation and service of RF equipment (2 way radios) throughout police vehicles, fire trucks, busses, etc 70% install 30% service work More of a Sr Technician Installation/service/ability to program radio and RF equipment Remove and install vehicle trim Installation of DC wiring/electrical wiring, could be drilling and soldering Working with PC electronics Using communication monitors for repeaters and programming Diagnosing problems with vehicle electrical system Servicing vehicles either at shop or on another location in town Communicating with customers Mentoring/leading less experienced technicians Experience/ Skills Needed: Ideal to have 3 or more years of installing or service work of 2 way radios Must have ability or knowledge of programming radio equipment Must have industry experience with L3 Harris, Motorola- P25 systems, or Kenwood radio equipment Comfortable using PC's for logging data Comfortable using communication monitors for repeaters and programming Solid knowledge of working with hand tools (drill, crimper, snips) Solid communication skills Working well with others in a team based environment Mentoring less experienced technicians About Us: At Anistar Technologies, we connect individuals from a variety of industries with respected companies, both nationally and internationally.
