CVICU Registered Nurse (RN) Location: Fort Walton Beach, FL 32547 Employment Type: Full-Time | Permanent ScheduleDays Only: 7:00 AM - 7:00 PMShift Differentials (if applicable): Specialty Differential: +$1.50/hour Night Differential: +$4.25/hour Compensation & IncentivesHourly Range: $27.72/hour (minimum) $34.32/hour (10 years experience) $39.60/hour (15+ years experience) Sign-On Bonus: $10,000 (Days) $15,000 (Nights) Relocation Assistance: Up to $5,000 Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a compassionate and clinically strong Cardiovascular Intensive Care Unit (CVICU) RN to provide high-acuity cardiovascular critical care. This role requires strong clinical judgment, autonomous decision-making, and expertise in managing patients requiring continuous monitoring and complex interventions. You will work in an 8-bed CVICU within a collaborative, patient-centered environment focused on clinical excellence and quality outcomes.
