Travel to customer locations in a fully equipped mobile service vehicle Perform routine maintenance including oil changes, tire rotations, battery replacements, recalls, filters, and fluid services Perform multi-point inspections and document findings Diagnose basic mechanical concerns Communicate service recommendations clearly and professionally Complete repair orders efficiently and accurately Maintain cleanliness and organization of mobile service vehicle Provide an exceptional customer experience at every stop Follow all safety procedures and dealership standards Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent Previous automotive technician experience (Quick Lube or dealership experience a plus) Strong mechanical and troubleshooting skills Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Excellent customer service and communication skills Basic computer and tablet proficiency Positive, professional attitude Ability to adapt to changing schedules and work outdoors in various conditions Valid driver's license with clean driving record Willingness to submit to pre-employment drug screen and background check Why Join Our Mobile Team?
