The provider will be covering 4 locations: Fairfield Hospital Anderson Hospital The Jewish Hospital West Hospital Open Dates: Nov 10 5p - Nov 13 7a Nov 22 5p - Nov 27 7a Dec 15 5p - Dec 18 7a Dec 29 7a - Jan 1 7a Job Details: Practice Setting: Hospital, Will not require clinic hours Schedule (Shifts and Hours): Weekend rounding; 7a-7a Average Number of Cases Per Day: Rounding at 4 hospitals with an average of 6 patients at each hospital Documentation System/EMR: EPIC Trauma Level/Designation: 1 Number of Operating Rooms: Each hospital has multiple Patient Age Demographic: Adult Job Duties/Responsibilities:Vascular Aneurysm repairs Abdominal Arterial bypass Peripheral Vascular Access Devices AV shunt Endovascular Bypass Surgery Femoral Popliteal Bypass Aortofemoral Bypass Stenting Endovascular and Open Surgical Reconstruction for Deep Vein Occlusions Treatment of Vascular Malformations Nutcracker Syndromes Lymphedema Gangrene of the limbs Peripheral Artery Disease Estimated Credentialing Timeframe: 90 days Travel Reimbursement Information: ~$150/night lodging cap All other bookings must be standard/economy Requirement description : Board Certified Vascular Surgeon - REQUIRED Fellowship Training - REQUIRED OH License - Preferred, willing to accept providers needing to obtain OH license (Note status at time of name clear) BLS & ACLS Certified - REQUIRED COVID Vaccine - REQUIRED, noted at time of name clear 100% CLEAR BACKGROUND REQUIRED Weekend Requirements : Yes - Weekend rounding On Call Requirements : Yes
