Emergency Medicine Technician

A healthcare organization in California is seeking a new Emergency Medicine Technician to join their team in Desert Hot Springs, providing medical support and training to employees. About the Opportunity: Shift: Evening Schedule: Sunday to Thursday or Tuesday to Saturday Hours: 7pm to 3:30am Setting: Health & Safety team Responsibilities: Providing first aid support and referring to medical providers Engaging employees in safety awareness and education Maintaining records of care provided Managing workers' compensation and return to work programs Providing daily activity logs and shift reports Performing other duties, as needed Qualifications: High School Diploma / GED Current valid Basic Life Support (BLS) certification Valid EMT or Paramedic Certification Strong skills in Emergency Response Experience with Health & Safety regulations Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Desired Skills: Certified Athletic Trainer or similar qualification Solid understanding of OSHA regulations Proficient in Microsoft Office
