Azure DevOps Engineer

MARS Solutions Group is looking for a Azure DevOps Engineer. Our client is a Financial Services industry leader looking for high-quality talent to make a difference. Job Title: Azure DevOps Engineer (Contract-to-Hire)Location: Brookfield, WI - Onsite - 3 days/week (Monday-Wednesday) Duration: 6-month contract to hire No Visa Sponsorship will be provided for this role now or in the future Overview Landmark is seeking a hands-on Azure DevOps Engineer to join their engineering team on a contract-to-hire basis. This role is ideal for a DevOps professional who enjoys building, automating, and supporting cloud infrastructure in a highly collaborative, onsite environment. Candidates must be local and able to commute-relocation is not supported. Responsibilities Design, build, and maintain CI/CD pipelines in Azure DevOps Implement and manage infrastructure using Terraform (IaC) Support and optimize Azure cloud environments for reliability, security, and performance Manage containerized environments (Docker) and support Kubernetes workloads Collaborate closely with development teams to enable faster and safer deployments Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve DevOps processes and automation Support best practices around versioning, deployment, and environment management Required Skills Strong hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Solid experience with Terraform for infrastructure automation Azure cloud engineering experience (compute, networking, storage, security) Experience with containerized environments (Docker) Exposure to Kubernetes (AKS preferred) Strong troubleshooting and operational support skills Comfortable working onsite 3 days per week (Mon-Wed) Nice to Have Background in C# / .NET environments Experience supporting application teams directly Prior contract-to-hire experience in enterprise environments Interview Process 2 interview rounds No whiteboarding Focused on real-world DevOps experience, Azure, and automation knowledge About MARS Solutions Group: MARS Solutions Group provides a range of opportunities for meaningful work by understanding that employment fit is a combination of people, process, and technology.
