Job Title: Maintenance MechanicPay Range: $28-$32Shift: 1st shift 6:00 am to 4:30 pm), Monday through Friday, with overtime opportunities on Saturdays.Job DescriptionResponsible for repairing and maintaining high-speed manufacturing production equipment. You will address maintenance problems and perform maintenance activities troubleshoot, repair, and continually improve operations.Responsibilities Work on palletizers, stamping machines, hoppers, and mixers. Perform hydraulic, pneumatic, and PLC troubleshooting. Conduct preventive and predictive maintenance, including replacing hoses, motors, and valves, as well as light welding and fabrication. Perform installation, troubleshooting, adjustments, and repairs to machinery and equipment Utilize hand tools, cutting torch, welder (stick welder), and grinders to perform maintenance activities, repairs, and fabricate parts. Troubleshoot electric, hydraulic, pneumatic, and mechanical systems to identify issues and recommend solutions for repair. Essential Skills 5-10+ years of experience in a company that makes concrete. Heavy industrial maintenance experience with 50/50 mechanical-electrical experience working with 480V, 3-phase power. Stick welding experience, including mig and tig welding. Strong troubleshooting skills in electrical, mechanical, pneumatics, and hydraulics. Adherence to strict safety policies is essential, and personal protective equipment, such as long pants, steel toe work boots, safety glasses, ear plugs, and hard hats (in some areas), is mandatory.Job Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Parker Ford, PA.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $29.00 - $32.00/hr.Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
