TEAM LEADER

Team Leader The Team Leader is responsible for supporting the management team by demonstrating a strong understanding of a selling behavior, floor leadership, and promotional work environment. Essential Functions: Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager with daily operations, activities, and tasks as needed and other tasks as assigned. Support business operations, policies, and procedures. Provide sales and service to customers and ensure excellent customer service. Manage, receive, and process sales floor duties (receiving and feeding merchandise to the sales floor) Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer issues. Ensure proper presentation and display of merchandise and products. Oversee all methods of loss prevention to protect company assets. Assist the Store Manager/Assistant Manager in maintaining control of the store for safety and security. Assist with the development and implementation of new sales as assigned. Ability to complete banking. Other duties as assigned. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred. Minimum of 1-2 years of experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience. Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Must have a high level of integrity. Must have excellent customer service, communication, and computer skills. Constant standing, walking, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, and lifting up to 55 lbs.
