Responsibilities What You'll Do Lead full-cycle recruitment for high-volume caregiver hiring Source, screen, and interview candidates in English and Spanish Partner closely with local operations leaders to meet hiring goals Conduct and lead new hire orientation sessions Develop community-based recruiting strategies and build local partnerships Maintain active communication with candidates through our ATS Track recruiting metrics and adjust strategy to meet hiring targets Ensure a welcoming and inclusive candidate experience This is an on-site role where you will play a visible and essential part in office success. Qualifications What You'll Bring Bilingual in Spanish and English with strong communication skills 12 years of experience in recruiting, staffing, customer service, or high-volume hiring Comfortable speaking in front of small groups and leading orientation Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Proficiency with computers and applicant tracking systems Valid driver's license and access to reliable transportation We recognize that experience comes in many forms.
