As a technical leader, you will interpret intricate blueprints, perform precision soldering and wiring, and mentor junior associates while driving Lean Manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives. Your primary purpose is to ensure the successful production of sophisticated devices through expert craftsmanship and rigorous quality testing.
