Pharmacy Technician – Fulfillment Pay Rate: $22/hour Schedule: Monday–Friday | 11:30 AM – 8:00 PM Job Type: Temp-to-hire Job Summary A-Line Staffing is looking for Registered Pharmacy Technicians to support the preparation and distribution of prescription medications in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. This role focuses on accurately processing prescriptions through a fulfillment system while providing support with insurance issues, member outreach, and coordination with pharmacists as needed. Key Responsibilities Prepare and process prescription medications using the pharmacy fulfillment system Resolve prescription exceptions, including insurance claim rejections and billing issues Perform member and physician outreach to obtain or clarify prescription information Enter and maintain accurate member demographics and prescription data Research and resolve escalated member or insurance issues Escalate clinical or prescription-related questions to a Pharmacist when appropriate Support inbound and outbound calls from patients and physician offices Complete additional duties as assigned to support pharmacy operations Required Qualifications Previous Pharmacy Technician experience required Current Pharmacy Technician registration as required by state regulations High School diploma or equivalent Basic computer skills and comfort working within pharmacy data systems Why This Opportunity Consistent weekday schedule with evenings only Temp role with potential for extension or conversion Hands-on pharmacy fulfillment experience Collaborative environment working closely with pharmacists and healthcare professionals If you are interested in this position and want to learn more, feel free to reach out to Chris with A-Line Staffing at or apply to this posting!
