Owner's Representative role focused on guiding complex projects through a fully integrated, highly collaborative delivery model. This position sits at the center of design, construction, cost, schedule, and performance objectives from early concept through completion. They deliver projects across a wide range of sectors, including Church & Religious, Education, Fire & Rescue, Government & Community, Industrial & Distribution, Medical & Dental, Veterinary, Service & Retail, Office, and Mixed-Use & Multifamily developments. Description Provide overall leadership to ensure full alignment of design and construction efforts, driving cohesive project performance and successful delivery from early planning through completion. Define and clearly communicate project vision, scope, priorities, and success criteria, aligning owners, designers, and trade partners around shared objectives and measurable outcomes. Lead integrated planning processes that balance cost, schedule, design intent, constructability, and operational goals, ensuring decisions support both project feasibility and long-term value. Facilitate high-performing collaboration across architects, engineers, consultants, trade partners, and internal teams, removing barriers, resolving issues early, and promoting seamless coordination. Profile A successful Project Manager should have: Deep expertise in collaborative delivery models-including IPD, design-build, and other integrated approaches-with a strong grasp of how to optimize design-construction alignment. Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and unify diverse stakeholder perspectives, consistently driving shared understanding and coordinated decision‑making. Advanced command of construction planning fundamentals, including sequencing, cost analysis, scheduling, and management of complex interfaces across design, cost, and field execution. Exceptional leadership, communication, and relationship‑building skills, demonstrating the ability to influence without authority, manage conflict effectively, and anticipate downstream impacts through systems‑level thinking.
