Registered Nurse (RN) | Telemetry Location: Stockbridge, GA Agency: Revolution Healthcare Services Pay: $1,894 per week Shift Information: Nights - 3 days x 12 hours Contract Duration: 14 Weeks Start Date: 3/23/2026 About the Position Job Opportunity – Registered Nurse, Intermediate Care Unit (IMCU) – Georgia Start Date: March 23, 2026 Location: Stockbridge, Georgia Compensation: Details provided to qualified applicants Schedule: 36-hour work week; nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5-6; every other weekend required; float within facility as needed; rare call with 2-hour response time Highlights: 32-bed overflow IMCU specializing in arrhythmia management, cardiac monitoring, and post-cardiac cath care Diverse patient population including cardiac CHF, chest pain, renal, pulmonary (COPD, PE, DVT), DKA, and surgical overflow Epic charting system (preferred), Pyxis, and SBAR protocols Contract length determines non-billable orientation hours; comprehensive interdisciplinary support including respiratory services, phlebotomy, radiology, and rapid response teams Up to 7 days of requested time off available during assignment Local and out-of-state candidates accepted; state or compact RN license required Requirements: Active Georgia or Compact State RN license required at time of submission Minimum 1 year of recent RN experience; previous travel nursing experience required Current BLS and ACLS certifications; NIHSS preferred Demonstrated expertise in cardiac drip management and titration (amiodarone, cardizem, dobutamine, dopamine, nitroglycerin, milrinone, heparin, argatroban, aggrastat, bumex, lasix) Proficiency in hemodynamic monitoring, post-PCI care, dysrhythmia interpretation and management, TR band application, and arrhythmia management including cardioversion Experience with IV starts, phlebotomy, port access, central and peripheral line management, blood product administration, BiPAP/CPAP, high-flow nasal cannula, feeding tube care, and insulin drip titration Epic charting experience preferred; patient ratio experience up to 1:6 Two supervisory references (manager level or above) highly preferred at time of submission Full compliance documentation required prior to start date to ensure timely onboarding Why It's a Great Opportunity: This position offers registered nurses the chance to apply advanced cardiac and medical-surgical skills in a fast-paced intermediate care environment with strong interdisciplinary collaboration.
