Contract Admin Callahan Construction Managers is a full-service construction management company based in Bridgewater MA, with regional offices in White Plains, NY. Callahan has served the New England and Northeast regions as a family business for over 70 years. As one of the region's largest open shop construction firms, Callahan provides a wide range of preconstruction and construction management services to local, regional, and national clients. Callahan enforces a high quality and innovative approach to all projects, including multi-family residential, senior housing, affordable housing, hospitality, life sciences, corporate office, educational, retail and other markets. We are seeking a Contracts Administrator to manage the lifecycle of construction contracts, ensuring they are legally compliant, financially sound, and aligned with project goals. They act as a critical link between project managers, legal teams, and subcontractors. Core Responsibilities Contract Lifecycle Management: Drafting, reviewing, and processing subcontracts, purchase agreements, and other legal documents. Compliance & Risk Mitigation: Ensuring all terms meet legal, regulatory, and safety standards while identifying potential financial or liability risks. Documentation & Record-Keeping: Maintaining organized digital and physical files for contracts, legal documents and correspondence. Financial Administration: Communicating with the accounting team to identify edits to payment terms as they relate with contractual terms. Stakeholder Liaison: Serving as a point of contact for external vendors and internal departments to resolve contract discrepancies or disputes. Required Skills & Qualifications Education: A Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Business Administration, or Finance is desired. Paralegal or similar contracts experience may be substituted for education requirements. Experience: Requires 35 years of experience in the legal, construction or engineering industry. Contract Knowledge: Proficiency with standard industry forms, such as AIA (American Institute of Architects) documents. Technical Proficiency: Experience with Procore, Docusign, Bluebeam, and ERP systems (e.g., SAP or Oracle). Soft Skills: High attention to detail, exceptional organization, and strong communication and analytical skills. All qualified applicants will be afforded equal opportunity.
