Senior Project Manager – General Contractor – Georgia Salary: $140,000/year Location: Atlanta, Georgia About the Role: We are seeking an experienced, motivated Senior Project Manager to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish, with a focus on education and healthcare facilities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in coordinating diverse teams, managing budgets and timelines, and ensuring projects meet the highest safety and quality standards. Key Responsibilities Plan, coordinate, and supervise all phases of construction projects. Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and on-site crews to ensure work meets specifications. Maintain project schedules, budgets, and compliance with regulations. Ensure all safety protocols and quality control measures are followed. Communicate effectively with clients, architects, engineers, and other stakeholders. Qualifications Proven experience as a General Contractor, preferably in education or healthcare construction. Strong knowledge of construction methods, codes, and regulations. Excellent project management, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
